1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, stored, processed, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use Emergency Exit: Safety Prompt (“Emergency Exit” or the “App”).

Emergency Exit is developed and operated by Blake Mgbada (“Developer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Emergency Exit is an on-device simulated-prompt utility designed for personal comfort, social-boundary management, simulated professional check-in prompts, and discreet interruption planning.

The App does not place real telephone calls, connect to cellular carrier networks, communicate with another person, or contact emergency services.

This Privacy Policy applies to the current version of Emergency Exit. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of Apple, Google, RevenueCat, your device manufacturer, or other services that you choose to use.

Emergency Exit is designed to minimize the amount of information transmitted off your device.

The current version of the App:

• Does not require an Emergency Exit account
• Does not operate a user-profile database
• Does not upload your selected profile names, photographs, presets, or prompt configurations to a Developer-operated server
• Does not access your contacts, call history, text messages, calendar, or microphone
• Does not request precise or approximate device-location permission
• Does not include third-party advertising
• Does not use personal information for targeted advertising
• Does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising
• Does not sell personal information
• Does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
