Emergency Exit is developed and operated by Blake Mgbada (“Developer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, purchase, access, or use the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms, policies, and license agreements of the Apple App Store, Google Play, and any other platform through which you obtain the App. Mandatory marketplace terms and applicable law will control if they conflict with these Terms.
Emergency Exit is an on-device simulated-prompt utility designed for lawful purposes such as:
The App may generate simulated prompt screens, profile names or images, audio, timers, notifications, vibrations, and check-in experiences on your device.
These experiences are simulations generated by the App or through your device’s operating-system notification functions.
Emergency Exit is not a telecommunications service, monitoring service, security service, emergency-response service, or personal-safety guarantee.
